This is a glorious time in the Fraser Valley: berry season! It has arrived early and bountiful this year due to the heat. As usual at this time of year I am fussing with my garden in the backyard, fuming over my enemies the raccoons, but most importantly beginning to enjoy the fruits of my labors. There is nothing as good as ice-cream with fresh berries! This is not the time to be fiddling with words so here are some pictures of my garden fruits taken by my daughter Sarina.
